The first Republican midterm convention in American history opens in Dallas, and the man who helped plan it says it is a reset button. David Bossie joins Jenny Beth Martin for the full hour on what the next eight weeks actually decide. Bossie is president of Citizens United, the Republican National Committeeman for Maryland, and was deputy campaign manager for Donald Trump's 2016 campaign. He served as chief investigator for the House Committee on Government Reform and Oversight during the Clinton investigations, and he took Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission all the way to the Supreme Court and won what he calls the biggest First Amendment victory in a century. His read on November is blunt.
