“President Trump continues to keep his promise to the American people to appoint judges who will interpret our Constitution as it was originally understood by nominating Greg Katsas to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Katsas is exceptionally well-qualified to serve on the federal bench. He has more than 20 years of experience as an appellate litigator, arguing cases in every federal circuit court of appeals and three times in the Supreme Court. He also served as a clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas on both the D.C. Circuit and the Supreme Court and served in the Justice Department for eight years. Tea Party Patriots calls on the Senate to quickly hold hearings and a vote on Greg Katsas so he can begin serving the American people on the D.C. Circuit.”
