National Constitutional Coordinator
Bill Norton is the National Support Team Constitutional Coordinator for Tea Party Patriots.org. He is responsible for developing educational material related to the Constitution for the organization.
Bill has also been volunteering with the National Center for Constitutional Studies, or NCCS, for 10 years updating educational material related to the Constitution. He has been a presenter for the organization for 3 years.
He has presented The Making of America seminar over 100 times in more than 40 states, including two state legislatures. He has spoken at dozens of Tea Party rallies, and on the Tea Party movement at numerous venues, including Harvard University and other likely and unlikely platforms.
He is the chairman of the Arizona State Constitutional Commemoration Committee and the founder of Constitution Week USA, the largest celebration on the Constitution in the nation.
He is a recipient of the George Washington Honor Medal from the Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge.
Bill has owned a contracting company in Arizona for 22 years and currently resides in Gilbert, Arizona with his wife Ingra and four small children.
