Atlanta, Ga. – Tea Party Patriots Action Honorary Chairman Jenny Beth Martin today praised the Department of Justice for supporting the Texas ruling finding that the Affordable Care Act should be struck down in its entirety.

“We are pleased the Justice Department affirmed the December ruling out of Texas, which found that because the Obamacare individual mandate penalty had been set to zero, it has effectively been repealed — and found as a consequence that the entire law should be struck down. Attorney General Barr has made the right decision to back the ruling and support it on appeal.”
