drunoff Sadly if we allowed people to die or suffer that won't pay for their health care the problem would largely be solved as the average cost of health care per person is only 1100 dollars anually. The only other solution would be to mandate all have insurance which would end no pays reducing costs all around dramatically but that appears to be unconstitutional. That is about the only part of HCR I could agree with. I think our constitution is as good as it gets but even it causes problems at times.

drunoff Cure is quite subjective. There are many solutions to problems in health care though. Basic internet research. Do some searching. The big problems,... Those that steal health care (no insurance, no pays) Legal costs and unessecary procedures to protect from, lack of competition and mandates seem to be the worst cost drivers.
