Princess What I have noticed is that our legislatures are not aware of the Canadian Ruling and the Italian Ruling and not even aware of the medicarelawsuit that is being fought. they are too busy with the onslaught of bills that they have to defend against or for. Please when you call the reps and senators, inform them of the facts and direct them to the proper links to read themselves.

Princess You must be are, however, that there is a law on the books - thanks to the Clinton era, that says Medicare participants cannot spend their own mnoney on care. This flies right in the face of the ruling in both Italy and Canada. So, there you go. Even if this Obamacare fails, we must continue the fight for the elderly -- as a parent and as a child of our parents and for our elderly citizens; they deserve better.

Princess I am going to see where the chips fall and then make my decision about what state I will choose. I will make the decision according to the proximity ot my grown children and where I can conduct my own business. So, I do know that this will be taken to states rights and the battle will not be over with the passing of this bill, if God Forbid, it passes. Other groups are ready to file lawsuits, I do believe it will be tied up in courts for a long, long time. But, I am not a lawyer.
