Chuck represents 500,000 constituents in the California State Assembly. Chuck DeVore is
a common sense conservative candidate for United States Senate in 2010 against Barbara
Boxer. He is the Vice Chairman of the Assembly Committee on Revenue and Taxation and
serves on the Veterans Affairs Committee, and the Joint Legislative Audit Committee.
Chuck was elected in 2004 and reelected in 2006 and in 2008. Chuck has been honored
as the Legislator of the Year by seven groups: including the California Veterans of Foreign
Wars, the California chapter of the American Legion and others.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is telling colleagues she is hoping for a vote to push through their government-run healthcare plan this week. Barack Obama has canceled overseas trips to stay here in the U.S. and arm-twist Congressmen & Senators to force this bill through ASAP.
There are no tomorrow's in this fight - we must act now.
There is a march on Washington, but if you can's make that, come on down to Mc Nerney's office with your health care signs and let's tell them they aren't getting rid of us!

What I'd like to do this time is NOT meet all at ONE intersection, but to meet at as many different intesections as possible, a handful-dozen at each, so that we spread on for miles of Foothill Bl. The show of force that we are EVERYWHERE...but the singular message is: "WE DO NOT CONSENT!" (Please include that phrase on signs, but add whatever else you want.)

When: Tuesday, March 16th, 4-7pm (come when you can, stay as long as possible)
Where: Foothill Bl. at major cross streets:

I have posted this event on several Tea Party web sites.. but It needs more exposure..
I feel if we can get people in every state driving to their State Capitol Buildings and stage a protest it would do more than phone calls, to stop this Socialist vote March 18th..
I picked Saturday March 13th.. most people can make the trip to their state capitol and not loose time from work... And many will celebrate St. Patrick's day on Saturday...
St Patrick drove the snakes out of Ireland..

Now lets deliver the message in person. Drive, walk ride fly to your own State Capitol Building. Car pool and Caravan, Share the experience and the expense. Post signs in your car window. Leave Friday night leave Saturday morning. But go..!
Spread the word about this event. Call your friends and family.. Organize local groups to caravan with you.. Call your local radio show and e-mail the News Networks..
Spread the word anyway you can and every way you can. We only have 6 days to get the word out… When you get there stay on the sidewalks. Don’t block traffic. Stay peaceful and let the world know, America will not Stand for Socialism.. Not now not ever.

A nationwide protest is being planned outside the offices of targeted House members for Tuesday, March 16th at Noon. This effort will coincide with a “People’s Surge” in Washington D.C. where local groups will be sending members to fill the Congressional office buildings with constituents voicing their objects to the current “plan.”

**IMPORTANT**
1) This building houses medical offices, so it is VERY IMPORTANT that no one engages the staff or patients that are walking on the sidewalk to their appointments. Security at this building is very strict and the police will be called if we create the appearance of harassing anyone who is not a part of our protest effort.
2) There is NO SMOKING along the front of the building. Smoking can be done across the street or around the corner at the red benches.
3) The INSIDE of the sidewalk is PRIVATE PROPERTY...it is very important that we hug the street side of the sidewalk and not block foot traffic.
4) Congregating in front of the main entrance is strictly forbidden by security and will result in police involvement
5) Lets be sure to line BOTH sides of the street this time for maximum impact.
6) Please do not lean on any of the parked cars...again security will be watching!

stopgovernment I use the phone & the fax. Once the voicemails are full then fax only for me. I gave up on e-mails over a year ago because they just send back a standard reply showing me that nobody ever really read my e-mail. Even if they just delete my voicemails they have to clean up the paper & reload ink when faxing. Everyone has their own prefrences & I'm not trying to detour e-mailing. I'm just saying what works for me.
