Part (39) Road to Democracy, Liberty, and Justice
Fellow free men and women of this union, in light of every thing that is happening it seems to me that all three branches of our Government are dysfunctional. There is no way that these branch are working properly, all three branch are to be a check and balance system to keep each other from abusing it's power and keep things Constitutional. As you see what has happened, there is no way this is working. We have the representative of one state believe he has the right to deny the rest of us, our GOD given freedom and right to have our voice heard in this Republic. We have three states whose freedom of speech and right to a voice; to be Governed by their own consent, was sold to the Socialist Democratic party by their representatives. This was paid for by our tax dollars, this purchased the vote of three states to pass a bill that we the people did not want, the representatives didn’t even try to hide this.
The Legislative branch and executive branch are out of line here and one must ask where the judicial branch of people; of this union is? Their job is to keep things legal and Constitutional. What has been done is neither Constitutional nor legal. I think we all know the answer to why we have not heard from the judicial branch of free men and women! It no longer functions to uphold the GOD given freedom and rights of free men and women. It doesn’t uphold the Constitution or the Bill of Rights, it seeks to change or do away with it, and even going so far as legislate law that is not the Constitutional function. So all three branch of our Government aren’t functioning according to our Constitution nor Governing by our consent. That means our Republic form of governing ourselves is no longer functioning. This is turning into a monarchy form of Government; because you see both parties believe it is their GOD given right to govern us, so therefore we have no GOD GIVEN RIGHTS OR FREEDOMS any more. The only rights and freedoms they believe we have are what they grant to us! Fellow free men and women of this union we entered into; we have a commitment to guarantee to each and every free man, women and child, a Republic form of governing ourselves.
Our only response can be that of our forefathers in our Declaration Independence, - but a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government , and to provide new guards for their future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former system of Government. The history of the king of great-Britain is a history of repeated injuries, and usurpation's, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over these States. We all know it is not Great – Britain that is threat , it is now our Legislative Branch, Executive Branch, and our judicial Branch; they are all guilty of these very things.
The time has come for each and every free man and women to fulfill their Constitutional commitment to each other by standing up and fighting to GUARANTEE A REPUBLIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT.
The time for talking is over we tried that did not work did it?
It's time for the next step, to save our Republic, our GOD given right to be Governed by consent, and our GOD given freedoms and rights
Senate deals
Remember, several of the "on the fence" Democrats were convinced to vote for Reid's cloture’s -- not because of their principles -- but because they were BRIBED.
YOU READ THAT RIGHT. Just take a look at the PORK that was added to this monstrosity of a bill, just to bribe enough Senators to vote for it:
1. With the bill hanging in the balance, Sen. Ben Nelson (D-NE) won a provision exempting his state from paying the usual share of costs for new Medicaid patients. The deal, which critics have dubbed the "Cornhusker Kickback," is expected to cost the federal government $100 million over 10 years.
2.Before a close vote last month, Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-LA) won an even larger break for her state -- an estimated $300 million in extra federal spending, in a move now derisively called the "Louisiana Purchase."
3. Sen. Carl Levin (D-MI) made sure that certain insurance companies in his state are off the hook from a new $7 billion dollar tax.
4.Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT) got his kickback -- a $100 million bonus for the University of Connecticut… to do with whatever they want.
5.Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) was "persuaded" to drop his concerns after Senator Reid offered his state a $10 billion grant for "community health centers"-money that could easily be funneled to facilities that perform abortions.
6.Three states -- Pennsylvania, New York and Florida -- all won protections for their Medicare Advantage a beneficiary at a time when the program is facing cuts nationwide.
7. Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) won a promise from Reid to support his plan to expand eligibility for health insurance.
8.The Senators from Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming will get the "Frontier Freebie" -- they'll see an increase in Medicare payments to hospitals and doctors, because "at least 50 percent of their counties are ‘frontier counties,' defined as those having a population density less than six people per square mile."
9.Sen. Tom Harkin (D-IA), chairman of the Senate health committee, got a provision inserted to increase Medicare payments to certain "low-volume hospitals" in Grinnell, Keokuk and Spirit Lake, treating limited numbers of Medicare patients.
