First Move Toward European Style Health Care Imposed on an Unwilling American Public
Health Care by PaulRevere

Near midnight on Saturday November 7th, when most Americans were either sleeping or otherwise destracted, democratic members of the House of Representatives ignored the clear will of a very vocal American majority and implanted the tenticals of a growing tyrannical government into the spine of the republic that was built on the back of hard working Americans.

The merits of the democrats proposal have been debated and it is well known that the bill will result in an enormous breakdown of the American health care system.

This did not stop Nancy Pelosi and her fellow democrats from grabbing trillions of dollars directly from the paychecks of average citizens. An amount equal to one sixth of the American economy.

What does that mean? Well, in simple terms, if the final step of the bill is realized, Americans will spend 1 of every 6 hours working for the government to pay for nationalized healthcare. Essentially your paycheck is now one step away from being laundered through the government monopoly called nationalized health care.

Those who voted the big gorilla into the room happen to have nothing to lose, as they are exempt from participating. They opened the cage, released the beast and ran. Their plan is to leave Joe Public to his fate against a monster of impersonal legislative bureaucracy.

The fight now moves to the senate, and forces for smart reform based on conservativism, capitolism and compassion for the less fortunate will fight harder than ever to prevent a final bill created by a tyrannical government from ever seeing the light of day.

Join us in the fight today!

What has the biggest impact?
Email and letters while simple to do, have minimal impact. The fight must be taken to them. You must go to your local or national offices to be heard. Letters can take up to three weeks to make it into the hands of your representatives and email often ends up as spam or in their junk folders. For maximum impact please visit your senators officess and let them know how you feel.

Find out who voted for and against the bill here.

It is more than apparent that Congress is not listening to America, but I found a site that has some things that will remind them that we get the last word next November. We need to let them know we deserve a better government and will vote for it.

I am so happy to see this bill progress. Hopefully I will never have to see a love one suffer due to denied insurance coverage for a pre-existing conditions again. Or wonder how to afford to buy groceries and medication. I wouldn’t wish that on any family.

From swevster Posted 11/9/2009 11:47:16 AM

I think we should fight to shut down government control of all parts of our lives: we should start with public education - you only get the education that you can afford; I also think we should do away with federal agencies like the FAA - the airlines that have the safest records will EARN the business, those who don't will fall away. Let's be honest, people!

From doncarr60 Posted 11/8/2009 9:18:41 PM

My biggest fear is that while these arrogant people in congress continue to frustrate the 'will of the people' there will be some
who may take this to the next level. If congress jams this down the citizens throats it will take more than just throwing them out of office. Don't forget follow the money..they have a very large paycheck coming from the special interests.
As chairman Mao said (Anita Dunn's) favorite..true power comes from the barrel of a gun.

From smithmmkj Posted 11/8/2009 7:09:33 PM

I agree. That is why I suggested a nationwide ad campaign with the names of the representatives who voted for it scrolling across the TV as someone narrates what this bill is doing to our lives and our country. I know it is expensive so hopefully many organizations would come together to finance it. Face it. The ones that are for this bill are not going to visit this website or any site like it. They ignore our e-mails, our phone calls, leave town when they know the tea party is coming just like the President did, pretend like we don't exist, deny we are for real and is spite of the polls continue to say this is what the American people want. It is time to try something different! It is time to step it up. By putting their name on TV and into people's living rooms they cannot run. It would be a message that we know, that we're holding them accountable next election, and sending a message to the Senators who are about to vote. While I don't know how to get the organizations together to organize and finance this, hopefully someone does. Maybe someone has a better idea so Everybody put forth your ideas. They have not listened for the last 9 months it is time to make them start now!!!!

From Rotary12 Posted 11/8/2009 6:49:08 PM

LISTEN!!! Those that voted for the health care bill and will vote for the cap and tax are CRIMINALS and belong in jail!!! That's the solution, let's get it done!

From joyceostering Posted 11/8/2009 6:26:42 PM

I am so so upset -- ready to cry this morning upon hearing of this monstrosity!! Help -- is there anyone to help the American people?? It seems that anything we do does not seem to matter anymore TO OUR GREAT CONGRESSMEN. Letters and protesting seem not to matter to these people. What will we do do if they pass this?? We must think again together as one and go to another tactic and continue to fight!!

"From normanmiller Posted 11/8/2009 4:22:44 PM

These Demorats have no concern for the American people. They passed this monstrosity with no concern for what it is doing to us. I say, we meet them when they come back to town next week and give them a piece of our minds. No violence of course. But, we should make it very clear to them we are not happy. They make our lives miserable yesterday. It is time, we made their lives miserable. It is time to invade their town halls and give them a verbal barrage. Let's tell they are going to be defeated in 2010 and they better enjoy while it lasts, because they are going into the unemployment line."

Well, this tactic won't work, it's been tried now for the pas 6-9 month and they still don't listen. I think when they come home we have them arrested. That will give them a shake up!

I was a bit surprised yesterday as I discovered that my ex-wife voted for Obama and she supports government healthcare. ...No wonder she is my exwife.

From marinemom2 Posted 11/8/2009 4:03:10 PM

AMEN mbhopp! I am willing to help as much as I can financially and volunterwize to defeat these traitors that are in other states besides my own. I live in Ohio and the 1 Democrate here in my district voted against the bill...because of the noise we made. Fellow Ohioians in the SE corner need to get up and get going vote the others out NOW!

GET FIRED UP PEOPLE!! Help us out at the Independence Caucus and remove them in 2010. I live in NC and I am a volunteer for The Independence Caucus and like you I want changes to happen. The IC's main goal is to put challengers in office and remove the bought out incumbents...and the challengers must pass a rigorous vetting and interview process. Please read the information below and pitch in to make a difference in your state.
Thank You, Mark

It’s the Triumph of Integrity over Money
Join the citizen’s movement to take back government from “Big Money” interest groups. In 2008, our very first endorsed candidate Jason Chaffetz (Utah-3rd) was outspent more than 6-to-1 by the 6-term incumbent and yet he STILL WON! This year we have scaled this success to the national level and have THREE CANDIDATES for the 2010! (Chuck Devore-CA senate, Joe Tegerdine-MS congress and Bernard Skoch-AR congress). All candidates must pass a rigorous 70 question vetting process and an interview with our members to be endorsed. We can defeat the special interest groups that fund the perpetual re-election of Congressional incumbents from both parties who have stopped listening to us!
1. Get informed: Go to http://www.ourcaucus.com/ and watch the video
2. Start connecting: with other Icaucus members by going to http://icaucus.ning.com/ and join your state group at http://icaucus.ning.com/groups
3. If you’re able to: get involved with research, steering committees, marketing etc.

From Mariedles Posted 11/8/2009 3:03:41 PM

THIS is a great idea for doing NOW. I wonder how many millions of dollars would need to be raised for that to go nationwide? It would probably take a collaboration of all the tea party groups. I would love to help coordinate any effort!

"While posting the names of those who voted for this horrible socialist bill on your website it great, I hope you will or will encourage others to take out ads on TV with their names scrolling on the screen while someone narrates what this means to the average American and how they should be voted out. I think this would be more effective and put pressure on Senators who are thinking about supporting this bill. If they see there colleagues being outed on a TV screen maybe they would think twice."

From Mariedles Posted 11/8/2009 3:00:59 PM

So what now? I live in TN, both my Senators are voting against the bill as it stands I believe. When will it go before the Senate? When is cap and trade going before the Senate? Is it fruitful to have a rally against healthcare takeover in a state that is already set against it? I want to do whatever I can, but feel like it's preaching to the choir here. Maybe phone calls to all the other senators...

From iingtom22 Posted 11/8/2009 1:28:34 PM

I think it is time now to send the members of tthe Democratic Party a copy of the OATH THEY SIGNED TO SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ,a copy of the obituary for the Democratic Party by register mail. Let's replace them all in 2010.

From theresasickofgovt Posted 11/8/2009 9:07:24 AM

I watched this unfold last night and went to bed very frustrated. This bill was passed with a fradulent promise from Pelosi regarding the Stupak amendment. Some democrats have just sold their souls to the devil. This is purely about even more government greed and control.

These people in the government have been voted in by the American people and we need to make sure they are voted out.

The government works for us not visa versa.

From Rotary12 Posted 11/8/2009 8:17:43 AM

Normally I would agree with you marinemom2, but I believe the House Dems have now declaird war on the American people and we need to take drastic action NOW! We can't wait another year. These "pubilc servents" are stealing your ard eaned money and giving it to those who dont feel they have to do anything to survive.
If the Justice Department will not do their jobs and remove those from office that are violating their oath of office, which is a contract with the people, then we need to do that. All that voted for this "Health Care reform" bill should be put in jail for breach of contract, fraud, theft by swindle, coersion, etc.
The time to take action is NOW!

From marinemom2 Posted 11/8/2009 6:12:10 AM

We have the list, it is time to enable ourselves and not enpower the government buy making your voice heard in the 2010 mid year elections. Get out and get active in your communities, watch for voter fraud - report it, learn as much as you can about the canadates, donate time, and money toward those that wish to represent you.
